MIKULIN -- read once and referred to the Commit- tee on Environmental Conservation AN ACT to amend the environmental conservation law, in relation to exempting school buses from certain regulations on the percentage of zero-emission vehicles in manufacturers' sales fleets The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem- bly, do enact as follows: 1 Section 1. Section 19-0306-b of the environmental conservation law is 2 amended by adding a new subdivision 6 to read as follows: 3 6. Notwithstanding any other law, rule or regulation to the contrary, 4 no regulation relating to the percentage of zero-emission vehicles in 5 manufacturers' sales fleets of medium-duty and heavy-duty vehicles 6 established or enforced pursuant to the provisions of this section shall 7 apply to school buses. 8 § 2.
