AN ACT in relation to certain planning grants from the clean water state
revolving fund
The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem-bly, do enact as follows:
1 Section 1. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, any planning
2 grants from the clean water state revolving fund issued to munici-
3 palities in the Mid-Hudson, Long Island or New York City to help such
4 municipalities develop engineering reports to apply for financing from
5 the environmental facilities corporation shall be increased from up to
6 $110,000 to $130,000.
7 § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
