Clark) -- read once and referred to the Committee on Health AN ACT to amend chapter 371 of the laws of 2009 amending the public health law relating to the residential care off-site facility demon- stration project, in relation to extending the effectiveness thereof The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem- bly, do enact as follows: 1 Section 1. Section 2 of chapter 371 of the laws of 2009 amending the 2 public health law relating to the residential care off-site facility 3 demonstration project, as amended by chapter 185 of the laws of 2021, is 4 amended to read as follows: 5 § 2. This act shall take effect immediately and shall expire June 30, 6 [2024] 2027 when upon such date the provisions of this act shall be 7 deemed repealed. 8 § 2.
