AN ACT to amend chapter 383 of the laws of 1991, relating to the incor-
poration of the New York Zoological Society, in relation to making
free one day admission to the zoological park permanent; and repealing
certain provisions of such law relating thereto
The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem-bly, do enact as follows:
1 Section 1. Section 2 of chapter 383 of the laws of 1991, relating to
2 the incorporation of the New York Zoological Society, is REPEALED.
3 § 2. Section 3 of chapter 383 of the laws of 1991, relating to the
4 incorporation of the New York Zoological Society, as amended by chapter
5 232 of the laws of 2025, is amended to read as follows:
6 § 3. This act shall take effect immediately[, provided, however, that
7 section two of this act shall take effect December 31, 2030].
8 § 3. This act shall take effect immediately.
