Novakhov) -- read once and referred to the Committee on Cities AN ACT to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to prohibiting road work during rush hour The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem- bly, do enact as follows: 1 Section 1. Subdivision i of section 19-103 of the administrative code 2 of the city of New York, is relettered subdivision j and a new subdivi- 3 sion i is added to read as follows: 4 i. The commissioner shall be prohibited from issuing a permit that 5 authorizes work on highways between the hours of six o'clock to ten 6 o'clock in the forenoon and three o'clock to seven o'clock in the after- 7 noon. 8 § 2.
