        Introduced by M. of A. ANGELINO -- read once and referred to the Commit-
          tee on Transportation
 
        AN ACT to repeal subdivision 6 of section 308 of the vehicle and traffic
          law, relating to periodic inspections for police vehicles
 
          The  People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:

     1    Section 1. Subdivision 6 of section 308 of the vehicle and traffic law
     2  is REPEALED.
     3    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
