AN ACT to authorize an expedited application review process for certain
health care professionals licensed to practice in other jurisdictions
to practice in this state in connection with Double H Ranch; and
providing for the repeal of such provisions upon expiration thereof
The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem-bly, do enact as follows:
1 Section 1. Notwithstanding any inconsistent provision of law, any
2 person who is licensed or certified to practice as a physician in anoth-
3 er state or territory, who is in good standing in such state or territo-
4 ry, and who has a written agreement to provide medical services with
5 Double H Ranch in the town of Lake Luzerne between June 9, 2026 and
6 August 16, 2026, shall receive expedited licensure review upon the
7 filing of an application pursuant to article 131 of the education law.
8 All application fees shall be waived for such individuals.
9 § 2. This act shall take effect immediately and shall expire and be
10 deemed repealed 1 year after such date.
