        Introduced  by M. of A. WOERNER -- read once and referred to the Commit-
          tee on Correction
 
        AN ACT to amend the correction law, in relation to limited  credit  time
          allowances
 
          The  People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:

     1    Section 1. Subparagraph (xii) of paragraph (c)  of  subdivision  1  of
     2  section  803-b  of  the correction law, as amended by chapter 322 of the
     3  laws of 2021, is amended and a new subparagraph (xiii) is added to  read
     4  as follows:
     5    (xii)  receives  a  certificate  from the food production center in an
     6  assigned position following the completion of no less than eight hundred
     7  hours of work in such position, and continues to work for an  additional
     8  eighteen months at the food production center[.]; or
     9    (xiii)  successfully  works in the horse handling program for a period
    10  of no less than eighteen months and receives a  certification  from  the
    11  groom elite program.
    12    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
