FITZPATRICK -- read once and referred to the Committee on Racing and Wagering AN ACT to amend the racing, pari-mutuel wagering and breeding law, in relation to net revenue distributed by regional off-track betting corporations The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem- bly, do enact as follows: 1 Section 1. Subdivision 2 of section 516 of the racing, pari-mutuel 2 wagering and breeding law is amended by adding a new paragraph d to read 3 as follows: 4 d. Any net revenue distributed to participating counties or cities 5 pursuant to paragraphs a, b, and c of this subdivision shall be used 6 exclusively for real property tax relief. 7 § 2.
