        Introduced by M. of A. LEMONDES -- read once and referred to the Commit-
          tee on Health
 
        AN  ACT to amend the public health law, in relation to prohibiting smok-
          ing or vaping tobacco or marijuana in individual units in  all  multi-
          unit housing facilities
 
          The  People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:
 
     1    Section 1. Paragraphs q and r of subdivision 1 of  section  1399-o  of
     2  the  public  health  law, as amended by chapter 335 of the laws of 2017,
     3  are amended and a new paragraph s is added to read as follows:
     4    q. zoos; [and]
     5    r. bingo facilities[.]; and
     6    s. individual units in all multi-unit housing facilities.
     7    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
