Paragraph 3 of subsection (c) of section 2132 of the insur- 2 ance law, as added by chapter 656 of the laws of 1992, is amended to 3 read as follows: 4 (3) [Excess credit hours accumulated during any biennial licensing5period shall not carry forward to the next biennial licensing period for6that same class of license.] Up to five excess credit hours accumulated 7 during any biennial licensing period may be carried forward to the next 8 biennial licensing period for that same class of license. 9 § 2.
