AN ACT to amend the alcoholic beverage control law, in relation to a
license to sell liquor at retail for consumption on certain premises
The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem-bly, do enact as follows:
1 Section 1. Subdivision 7 of section 64 of the alcoholic beverage
2 control law is amended by adding a new paragraph (e-17) to read as
3 follows:
4 (e-17) Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph (a) of this subdi-
5 vision, the authority may issue a retail license for on-premises
6 consumption for a premises which shall be located within two hundred
7 feet of a building occupied as a church, synagogue or other place of
8 worship, provided such premises constitute a premises for the sale of
9 food or beverages at retail for consumption on the premises located
10 wholly within the boundaries of the Borough of Brooklyn, county of
11 Kings, bounded and described as follows:
12 ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and
13 improvements thereon erect lying and being in the Borough of Brooklyn,
14 County of Kings, City and state of New York, bounded and described as
15 follows:
16 BEGINNING at a point on the Westerly side of flatbush Avenue distant
17 an one hundred (100) feet Northerly from the corner formed by the inter-
18 section of the Northerly side of Avenue R with the Westerly side of
19 Flatbush Avenu;
20 RUNNING THENCE Westerly parallel with Avenue R, one hundred (100)
21 feet;
22 THENCE Northerly parallel with Flatbush Avenue, twenty-six feet 8
23 inches (26'8") to
24 THENCE Southerly along the Westerly side of Flatbush Avenue, twenty-
25 six feet eight inches (26'8") to the point or Place of BeGINNING

1 Thence Easterly again parallel with Avenue R and part of the distance
2 or distant through a party wall, one hundred (100) feet to the Westerly

4 number 2192-92A Flatbush Avenue, Brooklyn NY
5 BEING THE SAME premises convey to the grantor herein by deed 10/7/97
6 and recorded in Reel4035 , page 1017
7 § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
