STECK -- read once and referred to the Committee on Racing and Wagering AN ACT to amend the racing, pari-mutuel wagering and breeding law, in relation to prohibiting mobile sports wagering advertisements during live sporting events The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem- bly, do enact as follows: 1 Section 1. Section 1363 of the racing, pari-mutuel wagering and breed- 2 ing law is amended by adding a new subdivision 7 to read as follows: 3 7. No advertisement by or on behalf of a mobile sports wagering licen- 4 see shall be publicly disseminated during the broadcast of any live 5 sporting event. 6 § 2.
