ESTABLISHING a plan setting forth an itemized list
of grantees for a certain appropriation for the
2025-26 state fiscal year for grants in aid for
services and expenses of the education department,
human services organizations, criminal justice
organizations and municipal entities, health and
mental health programs and providers, public parks
and recreational programs, veterans' organizations
services, older adults programs, various
not-for-profit entities, Edward Byrne Memorial
Grants certain not-for-profit arts and cultural
organizations, and Mitchell-Lama properties or
properties owned by public housing authorities;
amending Assembly Resolution E446 of 2021
establishing a plan setting forth an itemized list
of grantees for a certain appropriation for the
2021-22 state fiscal year for grants in aid for
services and expenses of human services
organizations; amending Assembly Resolution E1075 of
2022 establishing a plan setting forth an itemized
list of grantees for a certain appropriation for the
2022-23 state fiscal year for grants in aid for
services and expenses of human services
organizations; amending Assembly Resolution K714 of
2023 establishing a plan setting forth an itemized
list of grantees for a certain appropriation for the
2023-24 state fiscal year for grants in aid for
services and expenses of human services
organizations; amending Assembly Resolution E2449 of
2024 establishing a plan setting forth an itemized
list of grantees for a certain appropriation for the
2024-25 state fiscal year for grants in aid for
services and expenses of human services
organizations; and amending Assembly Resolution
E1075 of 2022 establishing a plan setting forth an
itemized list of grantees for a certain
appropriation for the 2022-23 state fiscal year for
grants in aid to municipalities, not-for-profit
institutions, public parks, historical preservation
and recreational organizations. Such plan shall be
subject to the approval of the speaker of the
assembly and the director of the budget and
thereafter shall be included in a resolution calling
for the expenditure of such monies, which resolution
must be approved by a majority vote of all members
elected to the assembly upon a roll call vote
RESOLVED, That pursuant to and as required by moneys appropriated
in section 1 of chapter 53 of the laws of 2023 and reappropriated
pursuant to section 1 of chapter 53 of the laws of 2025 which enacts
the aid to localities budget to services and expenses of health
programs and providers. Such funds shall be apportioned pursuant to a
plan setting forth an itemized list of grantees with the amount
received by each, or the methodology for allocating such
appropriation. Such plan shall be subject to the approval of the
Speaker of the Assembly and the director of the budget and thereafter
shall be included in a resolution calling for the expenditure of such
monies, which resolution must be approved by a majority vote of all
members elected to the Assembly upon a roll call vote, in accordance
with the following schedule which shall be added to the schedule
originally approved in Assembly Resolution K714 of 2023:

RESOLVED, That pursuant to and as required by moneys appropriated
in section 1 of chapter 53 of the laws of 2025 which enacts the aid to
localities grants in aid to certain school districts, public libraries
and not-for-profit institutions. Such funds shall be apportioned
pursuant to a plan setting forth an itemized list of grantees with the
amount received by each, or the methodology for allocating such
appropriation. Such plan shall be subject to the approval of the
Speaker of the Assembly and the director of the budget and thereafter
shall be included in a resolution calling for the expenditure of such
monies, which resolution must be approved by a majority vote of all
members elected to the Assembly upon a roll call vote, in accordance
with the following schedule:
