Grimaldi legacy continues with pride and purpose; and

more than three years before the Grimaldi family transformed it,
investing nearly two months of labor and care to prepare it for opening
day; over the past 30 years, the Diner has undergone five major

seating, a larger waiting area, new restrooms, and a standout addition-a
Bake Shop where guests can purchase fresh, house-made desserts and
pastries; and

testament to the Grimaldis' unwavering dedication, not only to their
craft, but to one another; the diner now supports three families, and

more, and several team members surpassing 10 and even 25 years of
service, it reflects a culture of loyalty, pride, and shared success;
