HONORING Victoria Chapter No. 45 upon the occasion
of hosting its Five Rays Fashion Show & Five Point
Tea on October 12, 2025
WHEREAS, It is the esteemed practice of this Legislative Body to
recognize organizations whose unwavering devotion to service,
sisterhood, and community enhancement contributes profoundly to the
cultural and social vitality of New York State; and
WHEREAS, In full accord with this noble tradition, this Legislative
Body is proud to honor Victoria Chapter No. 45, Prince Hall Order of the
Eastern Star, as it presents the "Five Rays Fashion Show & Five Point
Tea," an elegant celebration of fellowship, fashion, and philanthropy,
to be held on Sunday, October 12, 2025; and
WHEREAS, This distinguished event brings together members and
supporters in a refined setting to showcase the creativity and unity
that define Victoria Chapter No. 45; and
WHEREAS, Since its founding, Victoria Chapter No. 45 has championed
the principles of faith, hope, charity, and fidelity, cultivating a
robust legacy of spiritual enrichment, educational advancement, and
benevolent outreach; and
WHEREAS, The Five Rays Fashion Show & Five Point Tea exemplifies the
Chapter's vision-merging grace and community stewardship-while
furthering its mission to support local charitable initiatives and
empower women through fellowship and mentorship; and
WHEREAS, Under the compassionate leadership of its Worthy Matron and
dedicated officers, the Chapter continues to elevate the values of the
Prince Hall fraternity, celebrating the elegance, dignity, and strength
of its members; and
WHEREAS, It is fitting that this Legislative Body recognize and
commend Victoria Chapter No. 45 for its continuing dedication to
service, its celebration of unity and excellence, and its enduring
influence on the communities it serves; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That this Legislative Body pause in its deliberations to
honor Victoria Chapter No. 45 upon the occasion of hosting its Five Rays
Fashion Show & Five Point Tea, and to extend its warmest congratulations
and best wishes for an event marked by elegance and purpose; and be it
further
RESOLVED, That copies of this Resolution, suitably engrossed, be
transmitted to Victoria Chapter No. 45, Prince Hall Order of the Eastern
Star, and to its Worthy Matron, officers, and members.
