HONORING Ashley Oliver upon receiving the Rising
Star Influencer Award in Promotional Modeling
presented by the Young, Gifted, & Black
Entrepreneurial Awards February 25, 2026
WHEREAS, It is the sense of this Legislative Body to recognize and
commend individuals whose leadership, creativity, and commitment to
excellence uplift communities and reflect the power of cultural
expression and purposeful influence; and
WHEREAS, Attendant to such concern, and in full accord with its
long-standing traditions, this Legislative Body is justly proud to honor
Ashley Oliver upon the occasion of her receiving the Rising Star
Influencer Award in Promotional Modeling from the Young, Gifted, & Black
Entrepreneurial Awards on Wednesday, February 25, 2026; and
WHEREAS, Ashley Oliver is an accomplished educator, hospitality
manager, and cultural creative whose professional journey bridges
leadership, community impact, and artistic expression across multiple
disciplines; and
WHEREAS, As a dedicated educator at Pioneer Academy in Queens, New
York, Ashley Oliver is widely recognized for creating inclusive,
engaging learning environments that empower students to feel seen,
motivated, and inspired to reach their full potential; and
WHEREAS, In the hospitality industry, Ashley Oliver has demonstrated
exceptional professionalism, team leadership, and problem-solving
ability, consistently cultivating upscale and welcoming environments
that reflect her unwavering commitment to excellence; and
WHEREAS, As @trinigyalwiner, a multicultural Caribbean-American
influencer and emerging brand ambassador, Ashley Oliver uses her
platform to celebrate culture, storytelling, and personal style while
collaborating with lifestyle and beauty brands in a manner rooted in
authenticity and representation; and
WHEREAS, Her creative vision further extends to entrepreneurship and
event curation through her growing lifestyle brand, "Lime & Wine," which
highlights refined Caribbean culture, meaningful community connection,
and elevated shared experiences; and
WHEREAS, With heritage rooted in Trinidad, East Africa, and India,
Ashley Oliver embodies multicultural pride and empowerment, leading with
compassion, purpose, and integrity across education, hospitality, and
digital media; and
WHEREAS, The Rising Star Influencer Award in Promotional Modeling,
presented by the Young, Gifted, & Black Entrepreneurial Awards,
fittingly recognizes Ashley Oliver's emerging influence, creative
leadership, and positive impact within her fields; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That this Legislative Body pause in its deliberations to
honor Ashley Oliver, upon the occasion of receiving the Rising Star
Influencer Award in Promotional Modeling, and to commend her for her
dedication to excellence, cultural expression, and community uplift; and
be it further
RESOLVED, That copies of this Resolution, suitably engrossed, be
transmitted to Ashley Oliver and the Young, Gifted, & Black
Entrepreneurial Awards as a lasting expression of the highest respect
and appreciation of this Legislative Body.
