HONORING St. Andre Bessette Outreach Center upon
the occasion of its designation as recipient of the
Liberty Bell Award from the Franklin County Bar
Association on May 6, 2026
WHEREAS, It is the sense of this Legislative Body to recognize and
commend those outstanding organizations whose purposeful endeavors
enhance the quality of life in their communities and beyond, and whose
commitment to service embodies the highest standards of excellence; and
WHEREAS, Attendant to such concern, and in full accord with its
long-standing traditions, this Legislative Body is justly proud to honor
St. Andre Bessette Outreach Center upon the occasion of its designation
as recipient of the Liberty Bell Award from the Franklin County Bar
Association, to be recognized at the Franklin County Bar Association Law
Day Dinner on Wednesday, May 6, 2026, at the Malone Golf Club in Malone,
New York; and
WHEREAS, St. Andre Bessette Outreach Center offers practical support
to individuals and families in Franklin County, providing food
assistance, clothing, emergency services, and programs that strengthen
its community through faith, hope, and love; and
WHEREAS, The success of St. Andre Bessette Outreach Center is in
direct correlation to the efforts of its members, whose involvement is,
and always has been, characterized by an impressive commitment, an
unbridled enthusiasm, and an uncompromising standard of excellence in
all endeavors on behalf of the organization and the community it serves;
and
WHEREAS, It is the sense of this Legislative Body that when
individuals and organizations of such noble aims and accomplishments are
brought to our attention, they should be celebrated and recognized by
all the citizens of this great Empire State; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That this Legislative Body pause in its deliberations to
honor St. Andre Bessette Outreach Center upon the occasion of its
designation as recipient of the Liberty Bell Award from the Franklin
County Bar Association; and be it further
RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution, suitably engrossed, be
transmitted to St. Andre Bessette Outreach Center.
