        HONORING  Mr.  Adika  Roberts  for his outstanding
        contributions to Career and Technical Education  and
        his dedicated service to the Brooklyn community
 
  WHEREAS,  It  is the sense of this Legislative Body to recognize and
commend individuals whose unwavering dedication to education and  career
development uplifts and empowers our youth; and
 
  WHEREAS,  Attendant  to  such  concern,  and in full accord with its
long-standing traditions, this Legislative Body is justly proud to honor
Mr. Adika Roberts  for  his  outstanding  contributions  to  Career  and
Technical Education and his dedicated service to the Brooklyn community;
and
 
  WHEREAS,  Mr.  Adika Roberts has demonstrated exceptional commitment
as a Career and Technical Education educator at Eagle Academy for  Young
Men,  equipping  students  with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to
pursue successful futures; and
 
  WHEREAS, Through his steadfast leadership and  passion  for  student
success, Mr. Adika Roberts has inspired and mentored countless young men
in  the  Brooklyn,  New  York  community, fostering academic excellence,
career readiness, and personal growth; and
 
  WHEREAS, In  furtherance  of  his  mission  to  provide  meaningful,
hands-on   learning   experiences,  Mr.  Adika  Roberts  has  played  an
instrumental  role  in  organizing  and  facilitating  the  2nd   Annual
Barbershop Competition, to be held on Friday, April 25, 2025; and
 
  WHEREAS,  This esteemed event offers students a valuable opportunity
to showcase their technical skills, creativity, and  professionalism  in
the   field   of   barbering,  promoting  both  career  development  and
entrepreneurial spirit; and
 
  WHEREAS, Mr. Adika Roberts' impact  extends  beyond  the  classroom,
strengthening   the   Brooklyn   community  through  his  dedication  to
empowering young men with the tools and confidence needed  to  excel  in
their chosen paths; now, therefore, be it
 
  RESOLVED,  That  this Legislative Body pause in its deliberations to
recognize and honor Mr. Adika Roberts for his outstanding  contributions
to  Career  and  Technical  Education,  his  tireless  dedication to the
scholars of Eagle Academy for Young Men, and his remarkable  service  to
the Brooklyn community; and be it further
 
  RESOLVED,  That  a  copy  of this Resolution, suitably engrossed, be
transmitted to Mr. Adika  Roberts  in  recognition  of  his  exceptional
leadership  and  commitment  to  shaping the future of young men through
education and mentorship.
