AN ACT to authorize the empire state development corporation to rescind
any approved general project plan for non-compliance with agreements
made thereto
The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem-bly, do enact as follows:
1 Section 1. Notwithstanding any provision of law, rule or regulation to
2 the contrary, the empire state development corporation is authorized to
3 rescind any general project plan approved by such corporation for non-
4 compliance with any agreements made as part of such general project
5 plan, including, but not limited to, community benefits agreements.
6 § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
