AN ACT to amend chapter 534 of the laws of 1993, amending the education
law relating to physical therapy assistants, in relation to the effec-
tiveness thereof
The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem-bly, do enact as follows:
1 Section 1. Section 2 of chapter 534 of the laws of 1993, amending the
2 education law relating to physical therapy assistants, as amended by
3 chapter 281 of the laws of 2022, is amended to read as follows:
4 § 2. This act shall take effect on the sixtieth day after it shall
5 have become a law and shall remain in effect until June 30, [2026] 2030
6 on which date it shall be repealed.
7 § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
