        Introduced  by Sens. LIU, BRISPORT, CLEARE, GONZALEZ, HARCKHAM, HOYLMAN-
          SIGAL, JACKSON, RAMOS, SALAZAR, WEBB -- read twice and ordered  print-
          ed, and when printed to be committed to the Committee on Education
 
        AN  ACT  to  repeal  paragraph  (e) of subdivision 3 of section 2853 and
          subdivision 6-g of section 3602 of the education law, relating  to  an
          aid rollback for charter schools
 
          The  People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:
 
     1    Section 1. Paragraph (e) of subdivision  3  of  section  2853  of  the
     2  education law is REPEALED.
     3    § 2. Subdivision 6-g of section 3602 of the education law is REPEALED.
     4    § 3. This act shall take effect immediately.
