        Introduced  by Sen. HARCKHAM -- read twice and ordered printed, and when
          printed to be committed to the Committee on Investigations and Govern-
          ment  Operations  --  committee  discharged,  bill  amended,   ordered
          reprinted as amended and recommitted to said committee
 
        AN  ACT  to  amend chapter 468 of the laws of 2022, amending the tax law
          relating to authorizing the imposition of  an  occupancy  tax  in  the
          village  of  Briarcliff Manor, in relation to extending the effective-
          ness thereof
 
          The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and  Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:
 
     1    Section  1. Subdivision 2 of chapter 468 of the laws of 2022, amending
     2  the tax law relating to authorizing the imposition of an  occupancy  tax
     3  in the village of Briarcliff Manor, is amended to read as follows:
     4    §  2. This act shall take effect immediately and shall expire December
     5  31, [2025] 2027, when upon such date the provisions of this act shall be
     6  deemed repealed.
     7    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
