        AN ACT to amend the agriculture and markets law, in relation to increas-
          ing the acreage of farm woodland which qualifies as land used in agri-
          cultural production for agricultural assessment purposes
 
          The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and  Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:
 
     1    Section 1. Paragraph d of subdivision 4 of section 301 of the agricul-
     2  ture  and markets law, as amended by chapter 445 of the laws of 2002, is
     3  amended to read as follows:
     4    d. Farm woodland which is part of land which is qualified for an agri-
     5  cultural assessment, provided, however, that such farm woodland  attrib-
     6  utable  to any separately described and assessed parcel shall not exceed
     7  [fifty] one hundred acres.
     8    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
