AN ACT to postpone the implementation and enforcement of advanced clean
trucks regulations
The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem-bly, do enact as follows:
1 Section 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of any law, rule, or regu-
2 lation to the contrary, the Department of Environmental Conservation
3 shall not implement or enforce Advanced Clean Trucks regulations which
4 would require manufacturers of medium-duty and heavy-duty trucks to sell
5 an increasing percentage of zero-emission vehicles earlier than January
6 1, 2027.
7 § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
