AN ACT in relation to authorizing and directing the New York state power
authority to rename the Robert Moses Niagara Power Plant to the Shir-
ley J. Hamilton Niagara Power Plant
The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem-bly, do enact as follows:
1 Section 1. Notwithstanding any provision of law, rule or regulation to
2 the contrary, the New York state power authority is authorized and
3 directed to rename the Robert Moses Niagara Power Plant located in the
4 town of Lewiston, county of Niagara, to the Shirley J. Hamilton Niagara
5 Power Plant.
6 § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
