MAYER -- read twice and ordered printed, and when printed to be committed to the Committee on Investigations and Govern- ment Operations AN ACT to amend chapter 508 of the laws of 2016 amending the tax law relating to the imposition of an occupancy tax in the village of Mamaroneck, in relation to extending the expiration thereof The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem- bly, do enact as follows: 1 Section 1. Section 2 of chapter 508 of the laws of 2016 amending the 2 tax law relating to the imposition of an occupancy tax in the village of 3 Mamaroneck, as amended by chapter 410 of the laws of 2022, is amended to 4 read as follows: 5 § 2. This act shall take effect immediately and shall expire and be 6 deemed repealed December 31, [2025] 2027. 7 § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
