AN ACT to amend chapter 109 of the laws of 2020 relating to establishing
a state disaster emergency loan program, in relation to the effective-
ness thereof
The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem-bly, do enact as follows:
1 Section 1. Section 3 of chapter 109 of the laws of 2020 relating to
2 establishing a state disaster emergency loan program, is amended to read
3 as follows:
4 § 3. This act shall take effect immediately and shall expire and be
5 deemed repealed December 31, [2021] 2022.
6 § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
