        Introduced by Sen. OBERACKER -- read twice and ordered printed, and when
          printed  to  be  committed  to the Committee on Libraries -- committee
          discharged, bill amended, ordered reprinted as amended and recommitted
          to said committee
 
        AN ACT to amend chapter 672 of the laws of  1993,  amending  the  public
          authorities  law relating to the construction and financing of facili-
          ties for certain public libraries, in relation to including The Commu-
          nity Library in Cobleskill
 
          The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and  Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:
 
     1    Section  1. Section 5 of chapter 672 of the laws of 1993, amending the
     2  public authorities law relating to the  construction  and  financing  of
     3  facilities  for  certain  public  libraries,  is amended by adding a new
     4  subdivision 55 to read as follows:
     5    55. "The Community Library", which is located in Cobleskill, New York.
     6    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
