        Introduced  by  Sen.  WEIK  --  read twice and ordered printed, and when
          printed to be committed to the Committee on Health
 
        AN ACT in relation to prohibiting the administration  of  COVID-19  mRNA
          vaccinations
 
          The  People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:

     1    Section 1. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary,
     2  the administration of COVID-19 mRNA vaccinations is prohibited until the
     3  department of health analyzes any existing data and concludes  that  the
     4  benefits of such vaccine outweigh the risks.
     5    § 2. The department of health shall conduct a study and make recommen-
     6  dations on the benefits and risks of the administration of COVID-19 mRNA
     7  vaccinations.  Such  analysis  shall  include,  but not be limited to, a
     8  self-controlled case series which shall be completed within one year  of
     9  the effective date of this act. Only after the conclusion of such analy-
    10  sis  the  department determines that the administration of COVID-19 mRNA
    11  vaccinations are safe may the use of such vaccine continue.
    12    § 3. This act shall take effect immediately.
