Subdivision 3 of section 95 of the social services law is 2 amended by adding a new paragraph (d) to read as follows: 3 (d) No commissioner of social services shall require applicants for or 4 recipients of SNAP benefits to be subjected to finger imaging as a 5 requirement of the supplemental nutrition assistance program. 6 § 2.
