RHOADS -- read twice and ordered printed, and when printed to be committed to the Committee on Environmental Conservation AN ACT to amend the environmental conservation law, in relation to exempting school buses from certain regulations on the percentage of zero-emission vehicles in manufacturers' sales fleets The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem- bly, do enact as follows: 1 Section 1. Section 19-0306-b of the environmental conservation law is 2 amended by adding a new subdivision 6 to read as follows: 3 6. Notwithstanding any other law, rule or regulation to the contrary, 4 no regulation relating to the percentage of zero-emission vehicles in 5 manufacturers' sales fleets of medium-duty and heavy-duty vehicles 6 established or enforced pursuant to the provisions of this section shall 7 apply to school buses. 8 § 2.
