        Introduced  by  Sen.  SEPULVEDA  --  (at  request  of  the NYC Office of
          Construction) -- read twice and ordered printed, and when  printed  to
          be committed to the Committee on Rules
 
        AN ACT to amend the Coordinated Construction Act for Lower Manhattan and
          chapter  322  of  the  laws  of  2014,  relating  to  joint bidding on
          contracts for public work contracts,  in  relation  to  extending  the
          effectiveness thereof
 
          The  People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:
 
     1    Section 1. Section 5 of chapter 259 of the laws of 2004,  constituting
     2  the  Coordinated  Construction  Act  for  Lower Manhattan, as amended by
     3  chapter 413 of the laws of 2024, is amended to read as follows:
     4    § 5. This act shall take effect immediately and shall  expire  and  be
     5  deemed repealed December 31, [2025] 2035.
     6    §  2.  Section 7 of chapter 322 of the laws of 2014, relating to joint
     7  bidding on contracts for public works projects, as  amended  by  chapter
     8  591 of the laws of 2024, is amended to read as follows:
     9    §  7.  This  act shall take effect immediately and shall expire and be
    10  deemed repealed December 31, [2025] 2035.
    11    § 3. This act shall take effect immediately.
