        Introduced by Sens. SALAZAR, BRISPORT -- read twice and ordered printed,
          and when printed to be committed to the Committee on Rules
 
        AN  ACT establishing the "Supporting Families Together act"; in relation
          to civil and criminal penalties for mandated reporters; and to  repeal
          certain provisions of such law relating thereto

          The  People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:
 
     1    Section 1. This act shall be known and may be cited as the "Supporting
     2  Families Together act".
     3    § 2. Section 420 of the social services law is REPEALED.
     4    § 3. Subdivision 3 of section  491  of  the  social  services  law  is
     5  REPEALED.
     6    § 4. This act shall take effect immediately.
