        Introduced  by Sen. BORRELLO -- read twice and ordered printed, and when
          printed to be committed to the Committee on Local Government
 
        AN ACT in relation to authorizing the village of Mayville, in the county
          of Chautauqua, to transfer its village reserve funds to the North Lake
          Fire Department, Inc.
 
          The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and  Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:
 
     1    Section  1.  The  village  of  Mayville,  county of Chautauqua, having
     2  adopted a resolution to do so,  shall  be  authorized  to  transfer  its
     3  village reserve funds to the North Lake Fire Department, Inc.
     4    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
