        Introduced  by  Sen.  MURRAY -- read twice and ordered printed, and when
          printed to be committed to the Committee on Health
 
        AN ACT to amend the public health law, in relation to adding nitazene to
          schedule I of controlled substances
 
          The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and  Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:

     1    Section 1. Subdivision (b) of schedule I of section 3306 of the public
     2  health law is amended by adding a new paragraph 37-a to read as follows:
     3    (37-a) Nitazene.
     4    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
