AN ACT to amend the public health law, in relation to adding 7-Hydroxym-
itragynine to the schedule of controlled substances
The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem-bly, do enact as follows:
1 Section 1. Subdivision (b) of schedule I of section 3306 of the public
2 health law is amended by adding a new paragraph 93 to read as follows:
3 (93) 7-Hydroxymitragynine including its salts, isomers and salts of
4 isomers, whenever the existence of such salts, isomers and salts of
5 isomers is possible within the specific chemical designation.
6 § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
