        Introduced  by  Sen.  MURRAY -- read twice and ordered printed, and when
          printed to be committed  to  the  Committee  on  Local  Government  --
          committee  discharged,  bill amended, ordered reprinted as amended and
          recommitted to said committee
 
        AN ACT relating to contributions paid into the insurance reserve fund by
          the Medford fire district

          The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and  Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:
 
     1    Section  1. Notwithstanding the provisions of subdivision 4 of section
     2  6-n of the general municipal law, the board of fire commissioners of the
     3  Medford fire district, located in  the  county  of  Suffolk,  is  hereby
     4  authorized  to  deposit into the insurance reserve fund of such district
     5  an amount not to exceed four hundred thousand dollars  in  each  of  the
     6  fiscal  years two thousand twenty-six, two thousand twenty-seven and two
     7  thousand twenty-eight.
     8    § 2. All moneys deposited into such insurance reserve fund pursuant to
     9  this act shall be used and administered in accordance with  section  6-n
    10  of the general municipal law.
    11    § 3. This act shall take effect immediately.
