RYAN -- read twice and ordered printed, and when printed to be committed to the Committee on Consumer Protection AN ACT to amend chapter 429 of the laws of 2021 amending the general business law relating to the applicability of the security guard act of nineteen hundred ninety-two to facilities owned by a public sports venue, in relation to the effectiveness thereof The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem- bly, do enact as follows: 1 Section 1. Section 2 of chapter 429 of the laws of 2021 amending the 2 general business law relating to the applicability of the security guard 3 act of nineteen hundred ninety-two to facilities owned by a public 4 sports venue, as amended by chapter 29 of the laws of 2022, is amended 5 to read as follows: 6 § 2. This act shall take effect immediately and shall expire and be 7 deemed repealed [three] six years after such date. 8 § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
