          printed to be committed to the Committee on Cities 1
 
        AN ACT to amend the administrative code of the  city  of  New  York,  in
          relation  to  the sale by the city of New York of certain lands now or
          formerly under the waters of Whale Creek otherwise  known  as  Wyckoff
          Creek, which was a tributary of Newtown Creek

          The  People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:
 
     1    Section 1. Section 4-106 of the administrative code of the city of New
     2  York is amended by adding a new subdivision 11 to read as follows:
     3    11.  To grant, convey and release to abutting upland owners, upon such
     4  terms and conditions and for such consideration as the  board  may  deem
     5  proper,  the  lands  now  or  formerly  under the waters of Whale Creek,
     6  otherwise known as Wyckoff Creek,  which  was  a  tributary  of  Newtown
     7  Creek, situated in lot 1 on block 2612 on the tax map of the city of New
     8  York for the borough of Brooklyn.
     9    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
