PERSAUD -- read twice and ordered printed, and when printed to be committed to the Committee on Cities 1 AN ACT to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to school bus parking on city streets The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem- bly, do enact as follows: 1 Section 1. The administrative code of the city of New York is amended 2 by adding a new section 19-611 to read as follows: 3 § 19-611 School bus parking on a city street. No school bus operated 4 by or pursuant to a contract with the board of education shall: 5 (a) park on a city street on weekdays between the hours of five p.m. 6 and five a.m., or 7 (b) park on a city street on weekends between the hours of five p.m. 8 on Friday and five a.m. on Monday. 9 § 2. This act shall take effect on the one hundred eightieth day after 10 it shall have become a law. EXPLANATION--Matter in italics (underscored) is new; matter in brackets [] is old law to be omitted.
