| Provides that telephone accounts and telephone wagering shall include wagers placed by any wired or wireless communications devices, including but not limited to wireline telephones, wireless telephones, and the internet, to transmit the placement of wagers on races and special events offered by any regional off-track betting corporation, and any non-profit racing association or harness, thoroughbred, quarter horse racing association or corporation licensed to conduct pari-mutuel racing in New York state; extends for two years the duration of the law authorizing such wagering. |
