        Introduced  by  M.  of  A.  BUTTENSCHON -- read once and referred to the
          Committee on Health
 
        AN ACT to amend chapter 451 of the laws  of  2007  amending  the  public
          health law, the social services law and the insurance law, relating to
          providing  enhanced  consumer and provider protections, in relation to
          the effectiveness thereof

          The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and  Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:
 
     1    Section  1.  Subdivision 1 of section 20 of chapter 451 of the laws of
     2  2007 amending the public health law, the social  services  law  and  the
     3  insurance  law,  relating  to  providing  enhanced consumer and provider
     4  protections, as amended by chapter 82 of the laws of 2017, is amended to
     5  read as follows:
     6    1. sections four, eleven and thirteen  of this act shall  take  effect
     7  immediately  and  shall  expire  and  be deemed repealed June 30, [2019]
     8  2021;
     9    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
