          reprinted as amended and recommitted to said committee
 
        AN ACT to amend the election law, in relation to requiring the board  of
          elections to cause all contribution forms to contain certain language
 
          The  People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:
 
     1    Section 1. Section 3-102 of the election law is amended  by  adding  a
     2  new subdivision 9-B to read as follows:
     3    9-B.  cause  all contribution forms to contain the following language:
     4  "contributions from charities or  501  (c)  corporations  are  expressly
     5  forbidden."
     6    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
