        Introduced  by M. of A. MORELLE, MAISEL -- read once and referred to the
          Committee on Libraries and Education Technology
 
        AN ACT to amend the education law, in relation to  providing  monies  to
          the Rochester public library for a continuity of service project
 
          The  People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem-

        bly, do enact as follows:
 
     1    Section 1. Subdivision 1 of  section  273  of  the  education  law  is
     2  amended by adding a new paragraph o to read as follows:
     3    o.  In  addition to any other sums provided to such library the sum of
     4  fifty thousand dollars shall be made available to the  Rochester  public
     5  library for a continuity of service project approved by the commissioner
     6  for each calendar year.
     7    § 2. This act shall take effect April 1, 2012.
