AN ACT to amend part ZZ of chapter 55 of the laws of 2021, amending the
environmental conservation law relating to establishing a deer hunting
pilot program, in relation to extending the provisions thereof
The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem-bly, do enact as follows:
1 Section 1. Section 2 of part ZZ of chapter 55 of the laws of 2021,
2 amending the environmental conservation law relating to establishing a
3 deer hunting pilot program, is amended to read as follows:
4 § 2. This act shall take effect June 1, 2021 and shall expire and be
5 deemed repealed December 31, [2023] 2025.
6 § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
