        Introduced  by  M. of A. FAHY -- read once and referred to the Committee
          on Ways and Means
 
        AN ACT to amend the state finance law, in relation to  the  rededication
          of unused funds in the New York state local government records manage-
          ment improvement fund
 
          The  People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:
 
     1    Section 1. Section 97-i of the state finance law is amended by  adding
     2  a new subdivision 5 to read as follows:
     3    5.  In all cases, no monies remaining in the fund shall be transferred
     4  or allocated, except for the purposes provided for under this section.
     5    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
