        Introduced by M. of A. DiPIETRO -- read once and referred to the Commit-
          tee on Codes
 
        AN  ACT  to repeal section 37 of chapter 1 of the laws of 2013, amending
          the criminal procedure law and other laws relating to  suspension  and
          revocation  of  firearms  licenses  relating  to  the definition of an
          assault weapon

          The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and  Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:
 
     1    Section  1.  Section  37 of chapter 1 of the laws of 2013 amending the
     2  criminal procedure law and other laws relating to suspension and revoca-
     3  tion of firearms licenses is REPEALED.
     4    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
