        Introduced  by  M. of A. NOJAY, MONTESANO, HAWLEY, DiPIETRO, McLAUGHLIN,

        AN  ACT  to  repeal certain provisions of chapter 1 of the laws of 2013,
          amending the criminal procedure law and other laws relating to suspen-
          sion and revocation of firearms licenses
 
          The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and  Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:
 
     1    Section  1.  Sections  1  through  32, 37 through 43, 45 through 56 of
     2  chapter 1 of the laws of 2013, amending the criminal procedure  law  and
     3  other  laws  relating to suspension and revocation of firearms licenses,
     4  are REPEALED.
     5    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately and  shall  be  deemed  to
     6  have been in full force and effect on and after January 15, 2015.
