        Introduced  by M. of A. LALOR -- read once and referred to the Committee
          on Economic Development
 
        AN ACT to amend the economic development law,  in  relation  to  company
          disclosure of employees having H1-B visas
 
          The  People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:

     1    Section 1. Section 100 of the economic development law is  amended  by
     2  adding a new subdivision 49 to read as follows:
     3    49.  to require any company receiving funding pursuant to this chapter
     4  to disclose the number of its total employees issued  an  H1-B  visa  by
     5  United  States citizenship and immigration services in the department of
     6  homeland security.
     7    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
